Terms
Last updated 31 August 2026. This is a public draft for the Keel website and the $999 Business Efficiency Audit. It is not signed legal advice.
Who you are dealing with
Keel is the public name used on this site. The business is owned and operated by UMC, a United Arab Emirates entity. We do not have an Australian ABN. Contact: hello@keelops.au.
These terms apply to use of keelops.au and to booking or taking the $999 Business Efficiency Audit. Further work (a sprint, build, or partner engagement) is agreed separately.
The $999 Business Efficiency Audit is paid work
The Business Efficiency Audit is paid professional work. It is not a free discovery call, not a sales meeting, and not a complimentary consult. The fee is $999.
There is no checkout on the booking link. Booking a time does not take payment. The $999 is collected after the booking — we will invoice or otherwise arrange payment with you. Booking a slot is an agreement to take the audit as paid work.
What you get
The audit is a short, commercial look at where work is stuck in your business. You leave with a map of the relevant work, a named bottleneck, and a next action. We work with Australian service businesses, typically of 5–50 people. We do not guarantee a particular number of hours saved, a particular dollar return, or a particular operating result. Figures on the site about time or capacity are illustrative, not a promise.
30-day credit if you proceed
If you proceed to further paid Keel work (for example a sprint, build, or partner engagement) within 30 days of the audit, the $999 you paid for the audit is credited against that further work, as already described on this site. The credit applies only to agreed further work with Keel. It is not a cash refund of the audit itself.
Human approval stays with you
If we later help you with systems that draft, classify, or move work, people in your business remain responsible for decisions. Anything that sends, pays, lodges, or signs requires human approval. We do not take over your legal, financial, or regulatory obligations.
The website
This site is provided as-is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or uninterrupted. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Do not rely on marketing copy as a contractual specification of hours saved or outcomes.
The booking calendar is provided by Motion. Their service, and the time you pick, are subject to that provider as well as these terms.
